By downloading, installing, or using SuperSiddur ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SuperSiddur is a mobile application that provides prayer times (Zmanim), prayer text (Siddur), and prayer tracking features. The App is designed to assist users in their daily prayer practice.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

While we strive to provide accurate prayer times and text, SuperSiddur is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prayer times are calculated based on standard algorithms and your device's location. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prayer times or text, and you should consult with your local rabbi or community for authoritative guidance.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The Hebrew text included in the App may be subject to separate copyright protections.
Any data you create or store within the App (such as prayer tracking information) remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store this data locally on your device for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
The App requires access to your device's location to provide accurate prayer times. You may disable location services at any time, but this may affect the accuracy of prayer time calculations. Location data is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
